Vehicles must be at maintenance standard before membership begins. If required, an Essential Detail will be recommended first.

These points protect the diary, the vehicle and the quality of every booking.
50% booking deposit
A booking is confirmed only when Hyper Focus has accepted it and received the stated 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancellation notice
More than 48 hours: full deposit refund. Between 24 and 48 hours: 50% of the deposit refunded. Less than 24 hours: the deposit is non-refundable, subject to the full terms and your legal rights.
Vehicle access
Please ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and that keys or access arrangements have been organised.
Condition and soiling
Prices assume normal levels of soiling. Excessive contamination, pet hair, staining or specialist cleaning may incur an additional charge agreed before work continues.
Correction quotations
Paint correction and ceramic coating prices are ‘from’ prices and are confirmed following assessment of vehicle size, paint condition and customer expectations.
Weather and safe results
Mobile work may be adjusted or rescheduled when conditions are unsafe or would compromise the result. Some defects may be reduced rather than fully removed to preserve the vehicle safely.

How the booking is secured50% booking deposit
Once Steve has confirmed the service, price and appointment, a 50% deposit secures the booking. The remaining balance is due when the work is complete.
- More than 48 hours: full deposit refund
- 24-48 hours: 50% of the deposit refunded
- Less than 24 hours: deposit is non-refundable
- Sunday appointments: a 25% surcharge applies
Mobile service area
Regular mobile bookings cover the area between Eastbourne, Littlehampton and Crawley. Work beyond this area is welcomed as an enquiry and confirmed individually, including any additional travel charge.
